Day 1 - Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Arrive in the Maldives and meet Taylor at Malé International Airport before taking the speedboat together to Dhigurah.
Settle into your island home and gather for our first dinner – a warm, wholesome evening to connect with your fellow mermaids and gently drop into the magic for the trip ahead.

Day 2 - Whale Sharks + Sunset Moments
Begin with a relaxed breakfast, then head out on a once-in-a-lifetime whale shark experience (morning or afternoon depending on ocean conditions).
Slow down in the afternoon and meet again for a golden-hour walk or bike ride as the sun melts into the sea.

Day 3 - Ocean Magic + Photoshoots + Traditional Sunset Show & Dinner
Move freely through your morning — choose snorkelling, a manta ray encounter, or simple island rest (today is an optional day: experiences can be booked for you).
In the afternoon, enjoy optional island photoshoots to capture your Maldivian glow.
In the evening, experience a beautiful Maldivian traditional sunset performance followed by dinner, tasting local flavours.

Day 4 - Freedom to Flow + Sunset Women’s Circle
A spacious island day — swim, rest, journal, wander, or book another ocean adventure or photoshoot.
In the afternoon, we gather for a soulful Women’s Circle by the ocean, one of the most grounding and heart-opening moments of the trip.

Day 5 - Island Hop to Thulusdhoo
Ease into the morning before journeying from Dhigurah to Thulusdhoo via speedboat.
Arrive by sunset, settle into your new island stay, and enjoy a relaxed evening exploring beachside cafés and local restaurants.

Day 6 - Surf Lesson + Sisters by the Sea Circle
Wake up to island life and enjoy a surf lesson — fun, empowering, and perfect for beginners.

In the evening, we gather again for our nourishing “Sisters by the Sea” circle.

Island Transport
Your retreat includes all essential transfers so you can fully relax and immerse in the experience:

What’s Not Included
While your retreat is deeply immersive and mostly all-inclusive, a few things are not covered so you can plan ahead:
- International flights to/ from the Maldives
• Travel Insurance (Mandatory): All participants must hold comprehensive travel insurance to attend. Your policy must include medical coverage, trip cancellation, trip interruption, and coverage for all ocean and water-based activities included in the retreat. Proof of insurance will be required prior to arrival.

- Some lunches, dinners, or drinks outside the group itinerary
- Personal shopping, souvenirs, or optional activities not listed in the itinerary (any extra activities can be organised through your host in advance or on the trip, subject to availability)
- Tipping – Tips for the host, staff, guides, or service providers are not included. While entirely optional, customary tipping is appreciated and can be planned according to local standards
Everything else is thoughtfully included so you can arrive, relax, and fully immerse yourself in your mermaid journey.

- All participants are required to complete the Traveller Declaration form via the IMUGA portal up to 96 hours before arrival.
